One Year Warranty

LaptopInsideParts.com offers a one-year warranty on every product we sell from the date of purchase. If your product fails within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace it for you.

What is not covered by the warranty?
Manmade damage
Physical damage
Failures and damages caused by incorrect operation
Remove the warranty label from the product

Exchange

If you order the wrong part and want to replace it with the correct one, the customer must return the item you want to return and guarantee that the item is working properly, and we will test the item after receiving it. Please print out your order information and put it in the box.

30 Days Return

If you ordered the wrong part or need to return the part you ordered for other reasons, you will need to send the product back within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund for your order.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned in the original box. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and all orders requiring a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (Returns due to LaptopInsdeParts.com error, orders for the wrong part and exchanged for the correct part will not be subject to the 20% restocking fee).

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by LaptopInsdeParts.com.

If your item has been used, we may refuse the return, which may also include:
1. The warranty label on the item is damaged.
2. The part has been used, and its appearance is damaged, such as the bent keyboard cable, there are scratches on the back of the screen, or there are traces of easy adhesive, the self-adhesive of the display cable has been used, etc.
3. The serial number of the returned item is different from the serial number we recorded at the time of shipment.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days.

To return the product, please contact [email protected] to request a return RMA, please print the order information and place it in the box.

Once we receive the package, we will refund you within 7 business days. We refund to the Paypal account or credit card used for the purchase.
